Ek is nie een wat moeilikheid soek nie, en as al hierdie resepte goed kan benut en geniet om te lees en "tips te kry", is ek verkeerd en vra sommer nou om verskoning. Maar Herman, met alle respek van my kant af, is die resepte oordonderend in my opinie. Die eerstes was lekker om te deel, maar die interessante gesprekke van hoe om foute reg te maak, waar mens dit of dat in die hande kan kry —is nou heeltemal weggesteek in 5 of meer resepte daagliks. 

As almal dit geniet, gaan gerus voort, ek het my self al so bietjie af geskaal van die forum op die stadium want ek voel die respete raak nou net te veel. Maar ja, dalk is ek verkeerd, dan sê ek sommer nou, met alle respek, groot omverkoning, wou dit net van my mou afkry.

Persoonlik dink ek die resepte oordoen. Ek stel belang in kamp, nie juis kos maak nie. Net my persoonlike opinie 

Ek vra ook wat ek al gevra het ,stop asb die resepte ,dit oordonder alles, ,stel vir jou n resepte boek saam, en verkoop hom aan mense wat wil kosmaak..Of laat mense wat belangstel hulle persoonlike Whattsapp besonderhede stuur ,en stuur dit dan vir hulle .

LW dit is net my persoonlike opinie. As ons kamp hou ons die etes so eenvoudig as moontlik.  Baie van die resepte bevat bestandele wat 'n kampeerder nie normaalweg saamry  nie en derhalwe voel ek dat dit nie kampkos is nie. 

Ek kyk lankal nie meer na die resepte nie en hou eenvoudig net verby.

Ek lees dit nooit nie.

Ek voel ook net tegniese punte soos Fred gister opgesit het, rakende Ford bakkies se probleme, is baie insigewend,en baie van die mense wat Ford ry, kan beslis daarby baat,dit is waarin ek belangstel. ,maar ek kry niks uit die resepte .

Die probleem is die Forum"topic" waarop die stelsel oopmaak.  ADMIN can we please have a re-adjust.  When opening Caravanparks.com, open on "active topics".  If one wants to visit "Recipes and Food", then you click on that topic and read those recipes. 

I have copied some of the recipes but agree that most of the add on spices and herbs (like italian herbs) is not something that the average camper packs in his/her galley.   The latest recipes calls for a slow cooker which I have never seen a camper produce at a campsite.   I have seen campers making a "potjie" which to me is just a stew pot .  For the hardy potjie fans, if your potjie has colour like a stew than I can live with it - but many potjies are colourless with the ingredients all dark brown or black.  

Please change the opening page.

I will arrange for this request to change our landing page to Active Topics instead, not because of this Recipes topic, but it structurally makes more sense as we keep Active Topics...  well in the end, more Active actually....     -it's simple math, let's see what development says about this technical change...  Thank you  

Ek lees gewoonlik op Active Topics, so het nie noodwendig al die resepte gesien nie. Ek persoonlik het nie probleem met al die resepte nie. As resep titel my prikkel, maak ek dit oop en lees. As dit na re veel moeite klink of te veel ingredients,  blaai en aan....so miskien 1 van 10 resepte save ek om te maak in toekoms. Lekker kampeer  en lekker eet

Another option to consider.

Yes change the landing page to "Active Topics" but rather than a category "Latest Topics" remove it and have each category at the top of the page have a popup with a number similar to what happens on your phone when you have missed call or message etc. That way anyone wanting to read the recipes can go there. To clear the number one just goes to the category  and it's not necessary to read the actual posts to clear the number. If the post appears in active topics and you have opened it then it must reduce the popup number well.

I wonder what percentage of Hermans posts are recipes compared to the other categories ? Like others here, I just ignore them and move on to the camping topics I have interest in.

I will say that the change to Active Topics is not as technically difficult, as all the code is already written and this is simply a NAV Change in existing code. 

But the "Number of Un-Read Messages Thingy"... that is definitely going to need plenty of fresh code and a few new MySQL data entries to record the various inputs and outputs... something about code here and something about code over there...  But I like that idea and lets see what happens...    

Oh yes, we have changed some navigation recently as well, including placing the "Gear Button" back next to the Main "HumBurger" Button - simply for quicker access to the Dash Board... Along with making the CaravanParks.com Forums and Resort Ratings more accessible within the navigation system of CaravanParks.com...  with more to come...

Ek werk seker anders....my tab bly heeltyd aktief. Sodra ek weer op caravanparks.com se website ingaan, is dit weer op daar waar ek vorige keer opgehou het. 

Sjoe, julle ouens verloor my met al die tegniese katoeters en bladuitleg, en landingsblad.

Ek en Geert is seker dieselfde geprogrameer, as ek aanteken op die forum, land ek altyd op die "aktiewe onderwerpe". Dan blaai ek maar deur die onderwerpe onder bespreking, en lees bloot die wat my prikkel.

Let wel---ek land altyd op die Aktiewe onderwerpe, seker al vandat ek aangesluit het.
