Well did not think that the time of selling our home will come this quickly.  Got a email that our property has been logged with the deeds office yesterday. 8-10 days then it will be registered to the new owners.

Slowly but surely everything starts to fall in place for our Full time camping.  Will have a docking place at any one of our children if nessesary.  Most of you know our circumstances and why we had to sell the house, but yes thats of the past.

Busy clearing out the garage.  Packed the Tipper with the things that we will take with us on the full time camping trips. Then sorted out what goes to the kids and what to the dustbin.  Had to do this 9 years ago when we moved from PTA North to Centurion. Now I am moving nowhere.  If it's not going along camping it goes to the kids.

Whish I had a bit more time.............................. but when will you then stop asking for more time.

It was a 'next-big-step' as part of the journey.

Thanks for the best wishes everyone.  In short:

Placed the house on the market end of May.  (Sold it with in a Month and a half) All paperwork done so registration will be with in a week.

Moving to a flat at my daughters house while still working. (Scaling down tremendously)

Last day at work will be 26 Feb 2027.  Will stay on in the flat for a month or two just to ensure/confirm pension payouts.

We will probably be on the road PERMANNETLY (If its the Lords Will) by end of April 2027.

By end of next week I will be deptless, own homeless, and everything I do own will either be in the caravan or on the back of the Tipper.

Wanted to start our long stays in Balito but think it would be wise to make a booking at Eiland for the winter of 2027.

(Plan is to never experience cold winter again in future) We mos have a great country to be able to do/travel like that.

Ons was vanjaar saam met my seun-hulle (wat nog skoolvakansie gebonde is) vir 24 aande by Eiland Spa. Daardie 24 aande het my R25 536 gekos - oftewel R1 064 per nag. My 90 aande bespreking vir volgende jaar kos my R18 870 - oftewel R209,67 per nag.

Eiland Spa laat 150 lankstaners (1 maand of langer) oor die winter-skoolvakansie toe teen die gewone lankstaan-tarief. Voor of na die skoolvakansie is dit makliker om plek te kry.

Skool vakansie tyd by Eiland is te besig vir ons. Ons het bespreek vir Maart / April volgende jaar.
